Each line in Nextutils works like a cell in an Excel table. It can be referred to from any other cell. Thanks to a reference system that connects each line, organising information becomes simpler and repetition less frequent.
Imagine that you are creating a text using words from a field that you have just discovered. For each word, you can provide an explanation. Then, as soon as you use the word again in other sentences or ideas, you can simply add a link to its explanation. This will help you link your text to all the vocabulary you need to understand it, so you don't have to repeat certain definitions.

Nexutils allows you to organise your documents more effectively thanks to a page system. Each page is designed in A format, equivalent to an A4 sheet folded in half. This fixed page layout allows you to keep in mind that you have a defined space for your information. This fixed page size also gives users who memorise the page format the advantage of being able to locate the information they need more quickly using their visual memory. Although these pages can contain more lines, a guide will tell you if you are going beyond the standard A5 sheet. Of course, other page formats will be available in the future.

Priorities are another crucial aspect. Each line can be assigned a priority, so you can instantly see what's important. With a single click, you can choose to display only those lines in a document that have a certain priority, simplifying your search for relevant information. This priority system works perfectly with the quiz plugin, for example. It will help you determine which questions are the most important and therefore the most likely to be asked in exams. Less important questions can be worked on less.

The application is designed to have a core functionality to which a system of plugins will add additional functionality. For example, we have developed the quiz system using these plugins. This allows you to assess yourself and track your progress.
